Upgrade for Legacy (Mt. Shasta) Tent

"I had an amazing experience with the customer service team when I called in to ask about a replacement for my old CVT tent ladder. We have owned our tent for almost 8 years and it's still in incredible shape, but the original two piece ladder was falling apart (our fault). Bought this telescoping ladder and the brackets to make sure it would fit. The replacement was really easy and I may not have needed the brackets, but I wanted to be sure. As far as the ladder goes, it doesn't seem to be any different than an 8.5' telescoping ladder on Amazon except for the two metal "fins" on top where it connects to the tent floor. After figuring out how to properly stack the extra rungs (you want the unused rungs at the top, not the bottom) the ladder provided a super stable and easy to climb surface. Much safer for the kids and more fun to use :) Thanks CVT for helping us out! Now our old tent feels and looks new again. Here's to 10 more years."
